Not complex but a total friend and ever so slightly intriguing. This is a fruit you normally never get but your CSA had it and you ordered and cooked with it and it’s tasty. You think maybe you could use more but damn. It is honeyed peaches and raspberries but still has a pinch of sea salt. It’s good. There are many rosé wines that cost more and are not as tasty and the opposite but I’m into this one

The tasting notes say “red fruit” but I call nonsense. Aniseed, fennel, and pandan notes. Tastes boozier than it is.
