Great balance here. Flint, minerality, gooseberry, great acidity and bright citrus fruit. Reminiscent of both Marlborough and Sancerre.

Jalapeño peppery flavors on this crisp and spicy sauv paired very well with asian-inspired spicy wild sockeye salmon bake. Laid over a bed of zippy braised mizuna greens tossed in mushroom tomato orzo quinoa. Yum!
