Prairie Weisse Sour Wheat Beer

Light yellow in the glass. Very tart right off the bat with a bitter citrus note front and center. Well done but not overdone.

Tart and citrusy. This is my first sour beer so maybe not a fair assessment on my part, but it's definitely not my cup of tea.

Sour berries and a hint of maltiness. Well-balanced and tasty.
