Reserve California Chardonnay

So so terrible. Banana. Bad bottle?? Can’t remember the last time I dumped wine down the sink.

Creamy Chardonnay, buttery, lots of Oak , strong taste of lemon / citrus , a bit perfumed, vanilla , nutmeg. Very broad palette. Somewhat balanced

I paired it with smoked salmon which seems to work well

Not bad, but it reminds me of the overly aggressive chards of Australia from 20 years ago. Not in a good way.

2015 vintage. Tangy, oaky

Pale Chardonnay with a mineral and citrus aroma but with a smooth taste, slightly sweet floral notes, and no oak. Very nice for hot summer afternoons.
