Green apple, lemon zest & juice, pear, sea air smells, faintly cheesy if that's a thing. Moderate high acidity, confirms the green apple, & lemon zest. Higher alcohol &a perhaps a little salient. Good summer supper. Enjoyed with grilled chicken with a tomato, snap pea and potato sautéed dressed in a vinegars butter sauce.
