I lean much more towards the unoaked style of chardonnay (less oak) but I think my bottle may have gone bad. It wasn't that it was oaky but rather it was extremely acidic, bitter, & more like bad juice than a good wine. I poured half of it out.

Wonderful for a night on the porch over looking the water with fresh fruit and yoghurt dip. Caramel apple, yellow pear, and spices. Serve chilled.
