Trossos Sants White Grenache Blanc Blend

Vibrant yellow color with a zesty and fruity nose. Also a vegetal touch of fennel. Quite complex with a creamy, almost elegantly buttery finish. So fresh and structured! Vintage 2012

Grenache Blanc and grey Grenache with 1/3 new barriques only 4600 bottles produced ripe peaches apricots vanilla spice. Lush and fruity on the palate smooth and creamy texture with a distict mineral quality. Finish 45 excellent

For some reason I felt like I needed to do a little exploring beyond my normal repertoire of various white burgundy. We will see how that goes. This one is just okay. Bit of oak pokes through, but the minerally core carries through.

Fruity fresh nose. The wine is completely round. Well balanced.

Very rich and funky, I could only wonder how much better it could be without the oak
