Apr 11th, 2017Not as good as 2012 but still a great bottle of Priorat for the price. 2013 was a cool and wet year in Priorat. It shares some characteristics with 2011 Napa or 2012 Bordeaux. Notes of mulch, herbs, mushrooms, wet stones. The acidity is more pronounced than the tannins. Great wine for the winter.

Dec 20th, 2016Grapey and aromatic on the nose, with some mushroomy tobacco notes. Blackberry liquor and a velvety finish combine with hints of herbs and vanilla. Woody on the back end. Nice.
