One of our favorites from VA. C R+ with some sediment; N fresh berry, raspberry, currant, woodsy; T same with added oak, mushroom. Smooth, mild tannins.

Came for the cherry, stayed for the black pepper. The spice lasts throughout the lengthy finish. Would go nicely with a pepper crusted filet or any righteously seasoned beef.
