Very good wine, acidic and high tannins. Not as bold on the dark fruit but decent enough for a grape of this kind from VA.

It’s a very good mix of dry and sweet but it mellows after it’s aired out a little and then it’s smooth and has a great finish.

Pairing: American Wagyu Strip, Home Fries, Mushroom Ron Zacapa 23 glaze.
As much as I love my Napa Cabs, the edge went to the PV. 93 - 92.
