Pojer e Sandri Chardonnay Dolomiti 2011
Brilliant clear lemon yellow color.
First scents was composed of bread, nuts, yeast, a lemon, a grapefruits, limestones, or flint. Minerals and salty nuance came then, it changed to after scents of an apple comport, dried pineapple, rosemary, and grapefruits peels.
Light and nice sweetness mixed with fresh vivid acid. Salty bitterness made good contrast.
After taste I could feel nuance of barrel.
Good north Italy Chardonnay!
