Everything I look for in an affordable Italian. Cranberry, red cherry, orange zest with subtle notes of rhyme and almonds. PERFECT with a little homemade spaghetti.

Bright, Ruby-colored Sangiovese, with a wonderful red-berry nose, purple flowers, and some pencil lead. Simple, but a few diverse notes that keep it interesting. Refreshing isn't a word I often associate with Montalcino! Nice!
