A light, pale burgundy brown color. Had a nice vanilla, fruit nose which lead to a more earth floral nose after a couple or hours. Tasted of light fruit at first which lead to a more complex earthy, tobacco as it opened. Had a smooth finish. Paired well with steak and risotto.
