Nice version of Montepulciano D’Abruzzo at a reasonable price point. Pairs with Northern and Southern Italian dishes with a variety of foods. Medium bodied. Drank in October 2023

Popped the cork and the aroma was a pleasant warm sourdough bread. After that it’s pretty much the same review you give every Tuscan wine. Sour cherries, dry, etc. Maybe a little cocoa on the finish.

Smooth and luscious. Earthy, mushroomy on the nose and tannic. Some acidy on the finish. Pleasant, improves with breathing- 1 hr.
