Lovely cherry notes with vanilla and spices. Great smooth and low acidic finish. Paired well with our ribeye

Not the best brunello I've had but a nice cherry nose with a bit of heat. Some spices too. A bit of a feral thing too. Not much happening to be fair. The palate is yummy : strong acid backbone, straight tannins that turn a bit astringent in the end. Some bright fruit all along and a nice touch on the tongue. The finish is fruity and as mentioned a bit astringent. Some nice, noble bitterness too. I like it.
