Vintage 2001! Very well balanced a pleasure to sip it by itself or paired with a bit of blue cheese!

Dried fruits, nuts, honey. Very Tawny-like. It lasts forever in the mouth. :)

Sweet but not too much so. Pairs great with chocolate and cake

Dark amber, notes of walnut, vanilla, caramel, melted butter, slightly sweet with just a bit of acidity, full body, not a bold, but with a delicate and lingering finish.

Drinks like a tawny port and just a touch sweet. It has a smoky finish and taste of cherry and honey.
