Riserva Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese

If I am ever in Italy I want to go to this winery.  If the flavors in this wine reflect the local aromas, I’ll buy in!!!

Earthy and heavy tannins. Delicious. Could still use a few years to relax. Nonetheless, drinks well now with a few hours of breathing.

Oaked 3 years and aged in the bottle another 2 years. Pleasant notes of oak. Medium bodied. Soft tannins. Smooth finish.
