Nov 17th, 2019100% Paìs. Didn’t get much on the nose (slight dark cherry). Medium-high acidity, somewhat astringent. Leans heavy on tannins, slightly grippy. Pepper and spice notes on the front leading into darker fruits and herbal notes for a long finish.
