Es d'Aqui Red is Dead Corbieres Carignan

Starts off weird and almost effervescent...ends in dark over ripe cherries and lushness that is awesome.

on paper, this is my nightmare wine. this southern, 100% carignan, 15% abv red should be terrible. it's pretty delicate and beautiful. far more subtle than it has a right to be.
