2007 drinking beautifully! date night pre anniversary.

Awesome for a 40th anniversary dinner.

Poured with Coravin, needs to open up a bit, but deep rich color and dark red fruit, tannin is forward on the palate right now

Good, nice mix for peppery food, balanced, better as it airs

The 2007 held up rather well with some breathing space. Tannins still quite large, not sure they make cabs this way anymore. 13 9 alcohol, good breeding, no bombast
