Really nummy red. Give it 5 minutes to "relax" and the initial sharpness clears the way for a super sweet opener. Very smooth on the tongue and a bit of a dry finish. Immensely drinkable with a meal or to share with friends after dinner. Quite a bit of sediment on the shoulder and in the bottom of the bottle which I didn't love.
