This was the 2011 Blanc de Noir, a rare treat for Pinot Noir lovers - a beautiful white Pinot Noir. This used to drink really nicely, but was too tart in Jan 2016.

Bright and cherries on the nose. Pepper and plum on the mouthfeel, less fruit than I was expecting for a lighter style (per wine shop.)
