Pinot Gris like... tart but with a hint of spice. Not too dry. Just enough for a cheese plate, wild game dinner.

Pale lemon green color. Medium intensity of aromas. Crisp acidity. Apple and citrus flavors supporting the Nose. Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine is the best known of Muscadet appellations of Loire Valley. Wine is made purely from Melon de Bourgogne grape. This one is made by independent vigneron at his domaine. 50 years old vines. Aged on lees with bâtonnage for 7 months. That gives bit more complexity to this wine. Overall that is very simple wine best tasted as aperitif. Well paired with fresh saladRating 3,3/5

Light and crisp with a note of grapefruit in the mid-palate.
