Overshadowed by the more aromatic reds during dinner, but it was actually lovely. Dark fruited, spicy, and earthy on the nose. Most on the table thought it had quite a Gevrey flair. The palate was powerful and dense, yet remains juicy. Didn’t really focus on this wine much, so one to revisit.
