[Les Perrières 1er Cru] Bright nose with evidence of malo, green apples, lemons, slight cooking spices. Taste tends more towards candied limes - good acidity but burnt sugar notes too. Good limestone, matchstick backbone and acidity balance the distinct primary aromas. Interesting wine and curious to see how it ages.
