Wild animal gamey fat, violets, blackberry, spice and a touch of smoke. Very nice. The palate is wonderfully made and rather on the length. Some matter too don't get me wrong. A strong acid backbone and a very long finish. Some blackberry and spice on the sides, gentle tannins, a soft touch with an almost mocca note. The finish is long wide and comes with an unexpected freshness which brings almost an apricot note in the end over some blackberry jam and black pepper. This is very good.
