So delicious.

Very bright and fresh. Intense steely chalky nose with hints of citrus. A more developed and fleshy meunière than I’m used to. Very young. But dazzling

100% PM. High acidity, sharp, elegant.

Crisp, tart, green apple. 100% Pinot Meunier.

One of the best 100a% Meuniers I have had. Initial Meyer lemon, giving way to a savory balance of acid, stones, and tension. Tiny mousse. Not refined, but rather focused. Will live a long time. Served with Pizza Putanesca from my wood fired oven. So tempted to open another bottle. But that would be wrong.
