Last bottle. No formal notes. Wow. Just one of the best values I have ever had. Unreal density, purity and length. Saline and flowers. Just brilliant.

Wow. What a wine. So mineral. Confectionary. Wet stones. Cotton candy. Floral. So juicy, mineral, complex. Rocky. Chassagne vibe. Super high toned. Not really a formal note. So deep. Just incredible.

My first 18 Brisset and OMG does this already blow away the 17 on first sniff. Smells EASILY like a 1er Cru Chassagne. Just a sick and expansive nose. Haunting. Wet earth, wet stones, high toned lemon and lime fruit and zest. Candied pink grapefruit. Amazingly deep. You need to spend 75+ to get a nose like this. Just sick. Meyer lemon is so accurate and detailed here. Sick deep impactful minerals. #Wow. That’s some serious intensity and flavor impact on the palate. And wow the acidity! Legend. This is insane. What structure and depth. Electric! Like stick your finger in an electric socket electric. And leaves a lemon candy sap on the finish that just lingers forever. Wow, such opulence, density and minerality. This is like so much better than a Bourgogne it’s like the label Bourgogne for this wine is some sort of hipster irony. Genius.

Awesome. Lemon cream and kiwi on the nose. The palate is linear at first but builds in volume. A quinine-like bitterness provides the bass note and the perception of sweetness and long acids play so well on top. Such precision. It’s hard not to keep sipping this until the bottle is gone.

Frankly a preposterously good value from Fass Selections - maybe best qpr I’ve had all year. Such a beautiful intense wine. Quite powerful and full, with beautiful stones and minerals and some citrus fruit. Finish is electric and precise and goes on for a very long while. Would happily drink many bottles. Really remarkable.

Wow! Great juice. Pours clear, pale straw. Minerals, whiff of tropical fruit on the nose. Coats the palate with citrus flavors, lime zest. Clean. Laser acidity. Spicy minerals on the (lasting) finish, repeating the citrus flavors. Suspect this would have been even better with more air, but why wait? From Fass Selections.
