Still a young wine, with many great years ahead. Paired well with rib roast.

Superb nose. Starts with red berries, especially red plum and strawberries, and a hint of mushrooms. Then it evolves to blackberries and jammy red berries, with lots of liquorice. After 40 minutes, it's still evolving and now showing notes of game and earth. Great wine!

Kryddigt. Lite spilta, grönsaksland och gräs. Mycket tanniner och smaken dröjer sig kvar. Ju mer jag dricker desto mer sötma och bärighet upptäcker jag. Ganska spritig historia!
