An absolutely lovely style. Power and finesse which is so well balanced. This barbaresco is a fan favorite across the board. The 2016 is magnificent with ripe red fruit, mineral, sweet herbs, perfect oak influence and these silky, sexy sweet tannins that make the wine an absolute pleasure. Very well made! I’d love to experience other vintages of the Gallina to see how it ages and changes with time.
