“This is a very nice Cab from the Italian Piattelli family. After experiencing wine making in Tuscany they moved to Mendoza and the quality carries through in their wines. This Cab from Tupungato has notes of chocolate and red cherries with a rich flavor. Try with a peppercorn crusted steak.” _ Surdyks. Great with grilled Sous vide ribeye, grilled potatoes and mixed green salad. Making the most of the COVID-19 restrictions to limit social contact. Celebrating our time together and our teamwork in the kitchen.

Oaky, black current, dark fruit, slight bitter aftertaste.

Ruby red hue, some what translucent, odd for a Cab. Dark berry flavors with hints of damped wood on the nose. Very balanced on the pallet, low acidity, low tannins, low to medium body, quickly vanishing with a medium alcohol feel. Different kind of Cab, nonetheless interesting, the wine does compel you to reach for the next zip.
