May 18th, 2023Lovely bing cherry fruit on both the nose and palate. A touch of minerality and soft tannins. Very pretty.
Had this with fresh fettuccine in sage brown butter sauce, which was okay, but something a bit more complex would have been a better pairing.

Just released. Light Pinot, blackberry on the nose. Minerally on the finish. A tad more acidity than I’d like.
