Trying to find a replacement Quincy until The other one come in sometime late September. This one doesn't come close, but I respect the style and what the winemaker created. Gooseberry, citrus and mineral dominating the nose. Medium light bodied. Kind of a saline, salty mouthfeel with sour notes & a little green pepper. Medium finish and again with the sour tip of the tongue sensation. Probably would be better with some fresh oysters as opposed to on its own. Still good but not what I was looking for. September isn't too far away right?
