Great burgundy, not fruit forward, but enough to balance the mineral, almost earthy character. An hour of breathing did wonders to round out the structure. Could probably benefit from a few more years of age, but still very good.

A complex mineral and fruits wine. A plum color and slow legs make for a visually appealing wine, while the scents of flora offer something pleasing to the nose. The depth of flavors are interesting and make for a great drink.
