Fresh grass and dirt. Tastes like Central Park on the first day of spring. The grass on the big lawn is still a bit wet but bring a blanket and enjoy the first nice day. Deep but bright and fresh. Not a summer wine not even a spring wine tomorrow might be cold or rain but enjoy today
