Pheasant's Tears
Lechkhumi Tsolikouri
This is such an amazing orange wine. Murky in appearance, the nose has whiffs of barnyard funk, while the glass offers dried flowers, preserved orange rind and other exotic flavors. Very grippy tannins and big acidity.

Mar 9th, 2019Pungently fermented, meaty and fruity. Almost a cider quality to it. Enough acidity to brighten things up though. I like it!
