This is such an amazing orange wine. Murky in appearance, the nose has whiffs of barnyard funk, while the glass offers dried flowers, preserved orange rind and other exotic flavors. Very grippy tannins and big acidity.

Pungently fermented, meaty and fruity. Almost a cider quality to it. Enough acidity to brighten things up though. I like it!

Dry salty acidic and volatile at first then rounds out and shows nice restrained fruit, a little citrus. Pound town after about an hour.
