A little nutty, lemony, it runs swiftly to a pleasantly tart finish.

It's 50/50 Pinot Noir, Chardonnay. Nice sweet brioche on the nose, citrus, golden pair, apple, and a little fig to the finish, with fine bubbles. It seems to be on the higher end of dosage in the brut catagory, which makes it good for a crowd, and it is very modestly priced for a Champagne.

Apr 20th, 2018My first vintage champagne (2008)! Definitely on the more tart side...autolytic characteristics, honey, + sour apple, lemon, underripe fruit perhaps. Very high acid.
