What is not great about this wine, earthy, good acid and dry. Cheap Italian wine is still hit or miss but the 2012 here is good.

Having the 2012 on May 6,2017. Goes great with classic Italian dishes. Blackberry, plums. Not big and bold but not wimpy either. We may buy it again.
