T-Selection Judean Hills Shiraz Grenache
Beautiful ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.
Nice nose of blueberries, plums, wood, licorice, chocolates, herbs, vegetables, barnyard, black pepper, spices, chocolates, tobacco and mocha.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with raspberries, cherries, strawberries, earth, vegetables, wood, river rocks, spices, peppercorn, leather and smoke.
Medium plus in finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cranberries.
This 9 year old Shiraz Grenache blend is still drinking very nicely. Well balanced with nice complexity and a pleasant mouthfeel. Very enjoyable.
Good by itself or with food.
A blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Grenache. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
I paired it with soft and hard cheeses.
14.9% alcohol by volume.
