Dec 21st, 20222006 vintage - thick and spicy. Really nice nose once it opens up - must decant for at least 30 min. Perfect with a thick bone in ribeye. A very nice wine.

Nice spice and candied fruit. Not the typical deep dark zin Maybe the age played a part and mellowed it
