A wine out of a friend's family cellar, probably kept slightly too long but still enjoyable!
From M & S, slightly oxidised with a small orangey-brown tint to this thin wine. Maintaining a low level fruity flavour tending towards olive with very little sugar, the 2 years of oak barrel aging come out quite strongly with a nutty underlying taste. Acidity is quite strong on the finish, but this is adequate to drink on its own or with pigs in blankets
