Elegant but somewhat closed off- needs air or time. But there’s cranberry, orange zest, some baking spice on the nose. Palate is silky smooth with ripe raspberry, nicely balanced with just the right amount of acid and minerality. Would love to try a few years down the line, right now it’s too tight.
