For me this is more Burgundy than California. Totally digging the Sta Rita Hills area and what they are doing out there. Didn’t even know where it was a month ago. Cola, earth had a quick whiff of clove. Jeez this is good stuff

Silky, elegant and full of finesse. Nice backbone and intriguing nose roses, earth and bramble. Well paired with pastitsio. Magnum.
