Smooth and yummy but it’s the finale that really makes it. Tasting cherry and spice and everything nice.
Pairs well with Lili — I’m Mel Ferrer pouring his glass to the brim. 🙈

Strawberries, smoke and a touch of herbs on the nose. Flavors of cranberry, crushed rock, and pepper. Medium-bodied, well-balanced with silky texture and a long salty finish. Recommend another year or two in the bottle to see how this lovely wine evolves.

I am a new Paul Lato fan! This is young but you can tell it will be phenomenal in 3-5 years. Light in body and color. The nose is not floral or fruity but "fresh" like spring. Elegant with bright raspberry and strawberry. Pomegranate. Nice acidity. Mossy and mushroom toward the end. And lingers long on the palette. And all this now in its youth ☺️
