Rías Baixas Albariño

Good with paella.

Pleasant and refreshing

Nice dry wine. You can taste the minerals, stone fruit, bananas, and citrus.

So good.

This Albariño is better than you think it will be; it is unassuming, light but with some body. It gives a decent mouth feel after a moment or two.

Sour citrus edge, not over sweet but not dry
