Carpe diem Spätburgunder. Paul Schumacher 2014. Nice varietal nose of small red berries and some metallic dimension but it is a bit too discreet. The palate is velvety with a nice acid frame. Small sour cherries. Nice finish with a touch of salt. Very lovely wine !
