Absolutely love Paul Lato’s grenaches. Made in a much more feminine style than, say, what John Alban does, this one is probably still a bit too young but was terrific just the same. Delicate yet intense, the bottle was finished before Vanessa and I realized it (always a sign that we love a wine!). I’d give it 2-3 more years in the cellar...but it’s pretty hard to resist right now!
