Absolutely terrific pinot from Paul Lato (a redundant statement, I realize!). Beautiful nose of candied strawberries, maybe a hint of nutmeg. Perfectly balanced palate - really impressive, actually, suggesting to me this is the absolute perfect time to drink this wine. Elegant, silky finish. Just great.
