I’m between a 92-93 here. Rounding up due to potential.

A producer I’ve had a few times over the years that for some reason I didn’t explore, even though I always quite enjoyed them (chards and Pinots alike). I picked up a few random bottles from the winery to explore more, and was told to start with the offering as it’s easily accessible.

Down the middle style when it comes to Cali chard. Coastal (bright, sea spray, crystalline), but ripe (beautiful juicy orchard fruits). In the background there is a sweet lemon flair. Aromatics and palate match up, though it had some flinty reduction notes to blow off when opening. Profile wise, I’d say this is more soft and rounded than Ceritas, but not as powerful or bold as Aubert/Marcassin.
