Fresh cut muted gardenia on the nose, lemon peel, stone and morning dew. Such clean lines.

Dammmmnnn!!!! Polished from front to back with aromas and flavors of Granny Smith apple, crisp pear, lemongrass Creme brûlée, marzipan, lemon peel driven by a truckload of steely minerality and acids. The flavor keeps hitting you for a minute plus, and lingers in the mouth for what seems an eternity!

Apple, lemon and mineral. Outstanding on night one, started leaning towards tropical on night three, Excellent now, but don’t hold too long.

This wine is always special. From a plot of land that sits low and tucked away in a corner the first sun dies not touch the vines until 10am. Mineral driven and the most chablis like of Paul's wines this bottling is all meyer lemon and minerality. Rock on.
